This these question the relevance for a Parisian luxury brand to make Haute Couture.

 

I chose three axes of study:

The legal side: what is the outcome 20 years after the Stauskan commission? 

The technical differentiation with the ready-to-wear

and

the communication side, very close or even identical to the communication on the ready-to-wear.

  • I realized intensive research work about the Haute Couture and rules

  • I realized interviews with major actors of the Haute couture

02 Business Case Marc Jacobs

3 months project (Feb-April 2022)
Group of 4

We imagined the creation of a uniform from products already existing in the house Marc Jacobs and appreciated by the target customers.

In addition, we collaborated with the Berlin studio Colors whose values are in perfect agreement with our project. The collaboration is carried out on YouTube with musical lives and exclusive artists' performances

 

Achievement:

 

  • Intensive research work on target customers habits and places of living

  • We develop skills in Photoshop for streets campaigns

  • We designed an entire social media strategy 

  • We studied the most relevant artists for our target

  • We analyzed KPI to present impactful and effective communication channels

03 Project Manager

6-month internship (Jan-July 2021)

I discovered leather goods thanks to this internship and I was able to apply my knowledge in industrialization and lean management.

Achievement: 

​

​

  • Follow-up of the industrialization project of 5 different models of the women's fashion show

  • Daily use of PLM, PowerBI, and project tracking software

  • Realization of industrial models and costing of products 

  • Challenge of the suppliers with the help of the sourcing team

  • Transversal projects: global calendar of the leather goods teams in Louis Vuitton and history of the materials already used in production for each iconic model of the house
